We will tailor your inspection to ensure it covers the specific items for the type of property you are considering whether you’re buying a million dollar luxury cabin, condo in the city, or townhome in the valley. For this reason, our inspection fees vary. Fill out our online quote request form to provide a few details about the property you are interested in, and we will contact you shortly after with a quote. Premium Residential Inspection
Clients purchasing in the multi-million range often prefer a more comprehensive and detailed inspection, especially for homes that are larger, antique, or feature modern deluxe functions, fixtures, and finishes. For this reason we offer a Premium Inspection service. With the premium service, our inspector typically spends about 1.5 to 2 hours more time per 1000 sqft than our standard inspection. This extra time lets us test MORE appliances, MORE outlets in each room, MORE windows, etc., etc. The Premium Inspection also includes infrared and moisture leak examination of plumbing fixtures and electrical wiring, carbon monoxide testing, and combustible gas leak detection. While the allotted may not allow inspection of every component in the home, our Premium Inspection will give you an all-encompassing and detailed information report when compared to our Standard Residential inspection. Please call for a quote indicating your interest in a premium inspection.
We know that pre-purchase situations have time constraints. If you’re on a budget, and not looking for a complete inspection, we can send a licensed home inspector to your property to meet with you and discuss your particular concerns. Our hourly consultation service covers only specific items within the type of property you are considering, and is not a complete inspection.
If you are a seller or realtor with a potential listing, we can inspect the property to help you sell it faster and more effectively. A pre-sale inspection helps you stay in control through the completion of the transaction by avoiding the risk of some unexpected finding at the last minute that could easily have been managed early in the transaction. Much like pre-certified used cars, pre-listing inspections are becoming more common in our local market (and are much more common in other areas of North America).

We offer pre-blast inspections for construction companies needing to meet insurance requirements before blasting. Contact us on the phone to arrange.
